The Beer
Original Lager
4.5% ABV
All malt Lager. Clean, crisp and low in alcohol. This beer is light in color with a bready malt background, balanced with light hop bitterness. Made to pair with the various activities, foods and cultures our great Garden State offers.
Dark Lager
5.2% ABV
Malty backbone with a slight hint of toast. Like all the beers in our lineup, built for drinkability. Don't be fooled by the darker color. This beer goes down extremely easily and pairs well with food.
Mexican Lager
5.0% ABV
Just because we brew lagers doesn’t mean we’re not hop heads. A celebration of our love of hops and enough to scratch your hop-itch. Up front hop aroma while maintaining balance and drinkability. Pilsner malt base so this beer is very pale but not in flavor.
Vienna Lager
5.0% ABV
Our Vienna Lager is crisp and clean like all of our beers. It's copper in color and it has a distinct honey-like sweetness, reminiscent of home-baked sweet bread. The aroma smells of freshly baked crackers and lightly toasted bread. And with just a touch of bitterness to balance out the malty sweetness, this beer is highly drinkable. Weighing in at 5% ABV, the Vienna is a true everyday lager.
Black Lager
4.8% ABV
Black lager is a beer made for brewers. Easy to have a few after shift and not beat you up with alcohol but still full of flavor. The nose is reminiscent of dark bread crust and toast, the body is light to medium and the finish is very clean. There is little to no hop aroma but the bitterness from the hops helps balance out the malt sweetness furthering drinkability.
Pale Lager
4.3% ABV
Brewed with our friends at Benchtop in VA. This brew is pale in color but has a strong malt forward backbone. Crisp Heritage malt gives the beer a sweet bread malt character that sets up the perfect background for an assertive hop aroma and flavor. This beer was brewed with a big whirlpool hop addition and a modest dry hop. Pale Lager is satisfying and full of flavor while still low in ABV.
Dry Hopped Lager
5.5% ABV
The grist for this beer is made up of American pilsner malt and a percentage of corn. This makes the beer very pale in color and lighter in body. Its malt character allows the brightness of the hops to shine through. The beer gets a big dry hop, as the name suggests, and gives the beer a big citrus and pine nose. Hop forward but still light and drinkable. When you need to scratch the hop itch this is the beer for you.
